Boris Mikhailovich Belousov was born in 1924 in Chuvarlei in a peasant family. After graduating from a seven-year school, he worked as a mechanic at a factory. From the first days he went to the front. For his courage and heroism he was awarded orders and medals of our country. In 1951-77 he worked in the art fund of the RSFSR. Was accepted as a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

In 1952-77 he took part in many republican exhibitions: in 1954 in Cheboksary, in 1958 in Moscow, in 1971 at the exhibitions "Big Volga" in Ulyanovsk, in 1971 at the exhibition of the autonomous republics of the RSFSR.
