Artist, teacher of drawing, painting and composition at the College of Service.
In 1982 he graduated from the graphic arts faculty of the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute. He worked as a drawing teacher in secondary school No. 6, as a drawing teacher at SPTU No. 8. Laureate - International exhibitions of fine arts held by the Russian Social and Cultural Center. Participant of the exhibition of Semipalatinsk artists - "What color is the center of the mainland?", Ust-Kamenogorsk. Personal exhibition "Quiet Motherland", Dostoevsky Museum 2005. Works in the genre of landscape. The artist's credo is to see the big in the smallest. Alexander Petrovich works in various techniques: oil, gouache, watercolor.
