Denis Aleksandrovich Paltsev was born in 1987 in the city of Dzerzhinsk. Impressionist virtuoso. Graduated with honors from DSHI 5, at the age of 14 opened his first personal exhibition in the technique of "watercolor" then studied at the Nizhny Novgorod Art School in 2004-2008.
