Rody Sakr was born in 1989 in Lebanon, he lives and works in Massachusetts. He grew up in Lebanon
between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, in a land rich in history and philosophy, at the
crossroads of different cultures and mythological empires. The artist has absorbed those multiple
influences and has drawn inspiration from nature and his deepest feelings. The result is a complex body of
work that shows a multitude of techniques. He was able to blend together 15 years of experience as a
sculptor and accessories designer with an evolving practice as a painter and illustrator. Painting allows the
artist to dive deep into his emotions and tell stories about the complexity of life from his personal
perception. The artist has been exhibited in different shows in the United States and in Europe. As an
artist, Rody Sakr is a work in progress. He always tampers new mediums and techniques and his practice is
in constant evolution
