Arturovich Gafarov

Artist from Kazan. Born in 1989. Graduated from Kazan Art College. Graduated from N.I. Feshin Art School in Kazan (2011) and Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after Surikov (2017). Graduated from Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V. I. Surikov (2017). Studied under the famous Kazan masters and honored artists, including Zufar Gimaev, Mahmut Vagapov, Grigory Eydinov, Ilnur Siraziev, Alexander Novikov, Farid Yakupov, Rustem Khuzin. In Moscow State Academy of Arts he studied at the studio of Alexei Sukhovetsky. He was educated in the traditions of Kazan school of impressionism, going back to the style of Nikolai Feshin.

At present he works in various styles, including impressionism, post-impressionism, Cezannism, cubism, abstractionism. Favorite genres are landscape and still life.
