The text can be translated as "Pyramid work" (work on the pyramid), or as "Pyramid of Ra's house". The image of the elephant indicates the location of the event, i.e. east of Mohenjo-Daro. For: "Lokapāla (ed. lokapāla, Sanskrit लोकपाल, IAST: lokapāla - "guardian of the world") are the deities rulers and guardians of the sides of the world in Hinduism and Tantric Buddhism. The pillars and guardians of the world. Each deity is responsible for a particular side of the world, is worshipped with a special mantra, fights with his favorite weapon, and has his own means of transportation - a riding animal (Vahana). Both personal weapons and Vahanas, as close companions of the deity, may also be offered prayers. Originally the lokapalas were four, later becoming eight. This order was established by Brahma after the overthrow of Nahusha and the return of Indra.
