He was born in 1877 in St. Petersburg. Associate Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts. He lived in Leningrad. Arrested October 25, 1937. Sentenced by the USSR NKVD and Prosecutor's Office on December 11, 1937, guilty: 58-6-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Was shot on December 20, 1937.
