Artist painter.
Born April 21, 1948 in the village of Maryovo Living for some time in Tatarstan, he took lessons in painting at the Kazan Art College. N.I. Feshin. He studied at the art studio with N.N. Vasin. Worked as an artist, he led a children's art studio at the district house of culture. Since 1968 participated in district, regional and national exhibitions. From 1983 to 1992 he was a member of the Valdai Club of amateur artists. He was a master of gray color, predominant in the landscape of late autumn. Very fond of fishing and was an avid mushroom hunter. His own family and children did not have, all his life he lived with his mother and left after her in February 2008. Vyacheslav Harak's paintings attracted attention, were bought and sold far beyond Valday.
