She was born in 1962 in Kherson. In 1990 graduated with honors from "Rosmarketing" Center for Training of Artists in Advertising, specialty "Artist-designer in advertising. For a long time she worked as an art critic for the Art Fund of the USSR. Graduated from Sergei Andriyaka School of Watercolor. (Instructor Alisa Igorevna Kargina).
Irina Lomanova paints in the technique of layered watercolor. She lives and works in the Moscow region.
