The Horsewoman

The "Dymkovo Motives" series is inspired by
the ancient tradition of creating
Dymkovo clay toys.
In my paintings I have tried to convey
traditional motifs of patterns and colors,
as well as the invariable rhombuses with
using potassium.

The work "The Horsewoman" depicts traditional ones,
characters, the young lady and the reindeer, however,
vyatka master craftsmen, as a rule,
do not combine them into one composition.
Basically, the lady appears on horseback.
Well, I wanted to make a romantic
the image of a woman on a reindeer in her painting.
