"Allah is the Light of the earth and the sky,
And His Light is like a niche,
And in it is the lamp that is in the glass,
The glass, on the other hand, is a bright star,
Dropping the light of pearl.
The lamp is lit from the tree
The blessed fig tree
Neither in the east nor in the west of the earth,
Whose oil can burst with light,
The fire didn't touch him, though.
Light upon Light
Higher and higher to the heavens, -
And to His Light Allah leads only those,
Whom He pleases.
This is the way Allah gives parables for people:
He knows the essence of every thing.
