Biography and information

Graphic artist. Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
She was born in the family of a serviceman, in Leningrad in February 1945. Graduated from the City Art School, a student of Georgy Nikolaevich Antonov. In 1968 graduated from the Art College. A. Serov (now N.K. Roerich), decorative department. In 1976 she graduated from the Art and Graphic Department of the Pedagogical University by correspondence. Since 1968 Tatiana Alexandrovna has been teaching at the City Art School. Since 1976 she has collaborated with the All-Union Magazine "Young Artist" (Moscow), is the author of 22 articles and 3 books on the methods of art education. Repeatedly she was invited as a teacher for refresher courses for the teachers of art schools and schools of art in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. She was invited to give seminars and courses in the cities of Northwest region: Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Vologda, Petrozavodsk, Cherepovets, Veliky Ustyug. She conducted master classes and open classes, exhibitions of her own works and works of her students. In 1992 joined the Union of Artists of Russia. In 1996, she was awarded the Badge "For the Humanization of the School of St. Petersburg. In 1997 Tatiana Alexandrovna was awarded the title "Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation". A teacher of the highest qualification category with a long experience, she earned the honorary title of "Teacher of the Year" in St. Petersburg. For many years her signature program in painting has been a great success with teachers. Her works are in private collections in Russia, Belgium, Germany and the United States.
