This blue lion I painted as a double pleasure. I love the color turquoise and I love the image of the lion: the lion is strength, calmness, majesty, and turquoise is mystery, harmony, and also calmness. It turned out to be a soothing picture))), such a bedtime story, not only for children, but also for adults. This picture is neutral in its mood and universal in its functionality. It can be given as a gift, hung in the living room, nursery, dining room, anywhere. If my "golden lion", in the painting Russian philosopher, carries a large semantic load, the blue lion - quite light. By technique: it is a primed cardboard, glued on organolite and inserted into the frame. It was done together as one whole. That is, a picture in a frame is an inseparable work.
