Vlasov Oleg Markovich was born on July 4, 1938 in Vladivostok (Leningrad). Graduated from the Special Art School at the Institute named after IE Repin, VLKhPU named after V. Mukhina. Worked at the Admiralty Shipyard. Worked in theater workshops of the Lenin Komsomol Theater (Baltic House). Participated in expeditions: archaeological, geological, worked on virgin lands. His stage career began at the Vyborg Palace of Culture in the People's Theatre. Then, worked as a scenographer and actor in the drama theater of Vorkuta. Graduated from the directing department of LGITMiK in 1974, class of A.A. Muzil (drama department, department of directing). Staged and designed plays in Murmansk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Orenburg, Belgorod and Voronezh. Active participant of all exhibitions in the united committee of graphic artists in the 80s. Oleg Vlasov painted churches: The Church of the Annunciation of the Holy Virgin in the city of Kola, Murmansk region (1994-1995), the Church of the Intercession of the Virgin near Novgorod (1997).
