Sergei Govorov was born December 5, 1955 in Sestroretsk, Russia. In his early childhood, when he was 7 years old, he lost his parents. He was placed in an orphanage and raised in orphanages until he was 16. Without losing faith in himself, did his best to achieve something. He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Moscow (National University of Arts, Moscow) and realized himself as an artist. About himself says: "I owe my talent to the Lord God, because I believe that this talent I received from above. Sergey Govorov creates in the genre of landscape, as he believes that it is impossible not to love nature. "Nature surrounds us from all sides and it brings only love to man!". Works are in possession of private collectors in Russia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Finland.
