Even from the top of the flight, Styx looked so mesmerizing that Icarus decided to descend and take a closer look.
The dark blue stream, which looked like thick paint, moved slowly along the riverbed, which was constantly changing its shape slightly, rippling and shivering. This caused the river to regularly form whirlpools and high waves that battered the shore in disorder.
A corona of brilliant flashes of red, white, and blue encompassed the entire horizon. This world could be our home, Icarus thought. I hope Diogenes has met the children.
