A huge mass of flesh, incredibly vividly conveyed the color of the skin, all its reflexes and shades.
Here the artist's entire focus is on this torso in space and nothing distracts the viewer from her perception of the torso. Even the background is almost neutral, but it artfully combines the opposite color of the body, green, in its content.
From this delicate splash of color into the background, the body begins to show its color even more.
