Vasilyevich Sizikov

People's artist of Ukraine (1974). B. On 23 July 1918 in the town of Barnaul, Altai Krai. The participant of the great Patriotic war. Graduated from KhSAI (1940-41; 1945-49), where he studied with S. Prokhorov, A. Coquelles, B., Gershoig. HO member of the CFS since 1953; was Chairman of the Board KHO CFS (1953-87), member of the Presidium, Secretary of the Board of CFS (1956-87), Chairman of the Central auditing Commission of the USSR Union (1957-63), a Board member of Union of artists of the USSR (1963-87), Deputy Chairman of the Board HF USSR (1963-87). The participant of Republican, all-Union, international and foreign exhibitions since 1949. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv — 1965; Poltava - 1965; Moscow in 1966. Works in hhpi (1949), Professor (1976).
