The Art Institute of Chicago presents a great
paul Cézanne exhibition.
The exhibition includes 80 oil paintings, 40 watercolors and drawings, and two albums. Visitors will see a number of Cézanne's iconic subjects and series, as well as little-known early allegorical paintings, Impressionist landscapes, portraits and bathing scenes.
This project is the first major retrospective of the artist's work in the United States in more than 25 years and the first exhibition of Cézanne by the Art Institute of Chicago in more than 70 years.
