In Kiev gallery "Triptych" an exhibition of a young Ukrainian painter Vladislav Chenchik "Travel notes". The exhibition presents a pictorial series of eleven abstract works. In the low-key colors of the paintings lies its own philosophy. Red - the main color of the series - expresses the state of the artist at different stages of his path. Red is a symbol of movement, it is a pulse, heartbeat, adrenaline, excitement, human will to live. Black is a deterrent factor - they are marked with barriers, barriers, walls, overcoming which a person grows and strengthens. White displays the absence of obstacles, emptiness, purity, lightness.

“The key word in the concept of my work is road. It is roads as a visual metaphor that express the dynamics of changes in time and space. They symbolize the path of a person, his movement towards a goal or towards a dream, as well as the process of self-improvement and knowledge, ”says Vladislav Chenchik.
