Exhibition December 21, 2018 − February 21, 2019
In the building of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine passes the exhibition of Ivan Prikhodko "Good news". The exhibition includes more than 30 paintings of the author, the vast majority of which are made on paper with gouache or acrylic paints. The artistic style of the author is based on the classical traditions of folk art and at the same time is innovative, deeply individual.
The artist paints with a clear, open color, skillfully builds compositions on the contrast of warm and cold. The artist's works are characterized by balanced composition, rhythm and multi-tier images, the metaphor of images and symbolism. The image-plastic language of his works does not know the prospects; all the images are planar.
