Wang Xinf. Mortal world

In the Museum of Contemporary Art in Beijing, an exhibition of Professor Sichuan Institute of Fine Arts Wang Xinfu "Mortal world". Each work is covered with random thick layers of paint, where different colors combine to form trees, rivers, rain and snow. The master uses layer layering on thick colored lines, with which he seeks a balance between free strokes of paint and a sense of control. The paintings of the author combine impressionism, expressionism and traditional Chinese calligraphy.

“The artist transforms concreteness and abstraction, expression and poetry into something like a thick, tumbling, luminous and shadow effect,” said exhibition curator Juan Du.
