Ruslan Luchko. Creating a free man

Exhibition January 31 − February 15, 2019
LNAM Gallery presents an experimental exhibition project of young artist Ruslan Luchko “Creating a free man". The exhibition consists of installations, video art, art glass and painting. The author in his project reveals such topics as the problem of human dependence, the influence of the environment on the awareness of one's own actions, the question of choice.

““ Creating a free person ”is a certain research, an attempt to deprive the subject of eyes, ears, remove from any external influence, transform into a self-sufficient organic substance that will be one-on-one with his own“ me ”. But how free will it be then? ”, The artist notes.

Ruslan Luchko is a student of the Art Glass Department of LNAM, the second prize winner of Professor 2018 Bokotei. From the beginning of the study, the author traveled to exchange studies in Poland, where he was actively engaged in art glass and presented his first solo exhibition. In addition to art glass and painting, Ruslan Luchko is experimenting in installations, video art, performance and 3D modeling.
