According to the author, "... traditions of European colorism are close to me, dating back to the ancient cultures of the Mediterranean. The artistic canvas is the surface on which the drama of color relationships unfolds. By organizing color diversity, the artist strives for integrity. When the structure of color series and intervals forms a kind of harmony - a picture is born. "
