Tom Lee and the Second World War

From 1941 to 1946, Tom Lee, a native of El Paso, worked as a correspondent for Life magazine as an eyewitness journalist of World War II, becoming the only artist on the front line portraying the war massacre.

In thisexhibition about thirty oil paintings, watercolor illustrations and original sketches from the famous collection of the works of art of the Second World War in the Military History Center of the US Army in Fort Belvoir.
