Around Still Life
Exhibition April 10 − May 10, 2019
In the exhibition hall “On Bryansk”, the Internet resource PhotoPodium.com with the support of the Russian Academy of Arts, the Volga Branch of the Russian Academy of Arts, exhibition and educational programs of the TSHR, the Moscow Encyclopedia Foundation holds an international photo exhibition "Around Still Life".
The exhibition is attended by authors from the Russian Federation, Germany, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, USA, Ukraine. The exhibition features extraordinary works of almost all genres and styles, which were presented by 96 authors from seven countries.
The exhibition presents interesting works in the style of classical and modern still life, subject shooting. A distinctive feature of this theme was the mixing of still life with genre, landscape and animal painting. This means that the still life can be on the open air, in the city, in the hands of a person, sometimes a composition composed according to all the rules is pleasantly enlivened by a curious pet or child.
“Around Still Life” is more than a still life. Mixing genres provides authors with a huge field for translating into the work of bold ideas and finds. The exhibition presents the most interesting, unexpected, creative works selected at the competition.
