Exhibition "»Will demonstrate a selection of bright works on paper. Young's drawings, often performed on the pages of found books and account books, present a range of his motifs on a more intimate scale. They also show a variety of environments that are superior to the usual drawing and assembly methods that Young is known for. These works, which include colored pencils, pens, collage elements and watercolors, complement our understanding of the artist’s expressive dexterity.
Young's works are filled with a recurring set of motifs, which include angels and ancestors, refugees and prisoners, pregnant women and protesters, soldiers and workers - all this comes from his immediate environment, from the aspirations and stories of those around him.
