Exhibition Of Pavel Makov "Fountain"

In Lviv, in National Museum of them. Andrey Sheptytsky opened an exhibition of known Kharkiv artist, corresponding member of the Academy of arts of Ukraine and the Royal society of artists of great Britain Pavel Makov.

The exhibition titled "The fountain" joined the author's work over several decades starting in 1995. In that year appeared the first work, "the Fountain of exhaustion" is inspired by the map of broken water supply facilities of Kharkiv. Gradually, the image captured of the author, became his passion and has grown to philosophical dimensions. According to the artist, "Fountain" may be a metaphor contemporary art

"It seems that I managed to link work, focusing on the years. You can see that there are works of different years and they would seem to belong to different topics, but in General they describe my feelings of living here in Ukraine. And since the topic is very important for me, it was very interesting to compare all these works and see how they will look together," - said at the opening of the exhibition of Paul Mac. "My work is a reflection on life in Ukraine. These are my personal reflections on how we live and where we are going"
