A Feast for the Eyes: European Masterpieces from the Grasset Collection

"A feast for the eyes: European masterpieces from the Grasset collection"presents 40 excellent paintings by 17th and 18th century old masters of Italian, Spanish, German and Dutch artists.

This is only the second time this collection has been shown publicly. The Museum of Fine Arts is proud to share these extraordinary works of art with visitors.

Carefully collected over the past five decades by the Graset family in Spain, this exhibition presents a rare look at the refined European private collection. The exhibition includes a wide range of themes, such as luxurious flower still lifes, as well as magnificent banquet scenes, seascapes devoted to marine life, as well as urban scenes depicting the greatness and beauty of Europe.
