Exhibition May 17 − September 22, 2019
Whitney Biennale- a significant event for all who are interested in what is happening in contemporary art, an event that cannot be missed. The 2019 Biennale is the pulse of a modern artistic moment.

Over the past year, curators Jane Panetta and Rugeko Hockley visited hundreds of artists in search of the most important and relevant works. The result of painstaking selection is 75 artists and groups working in painting, sculpture, installation, film and video, photography, performance and sound.

First introduced by the founder of the museum, Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney in 1932, the Biennale is the longest annual exhibition in the country, which presents the latest developments in American art.
