The French Institute in Ukraine in the framework of Kyiv Art Fair 2019 presents the exhibition of watercolor by Valeria Trubina “Wandering worlds". Creativity of the author is free from any social or political trends and is directed exclusively to aesthetic categories, such as spirituality in art and beauty as the highest value.
“Watercolor is very true, because it immediately reveals all the shortcomings and strengths of the artist’s skill, it is dynamic, exceptionally lively and cheerful. The created images overlap each other, opening the door to another, inner reality. The paint itself creates, and the artist becomes both the creator and observer of an exciting process, ”the artist says.
Valeria Trubina was born in 1966. Her creative growth took place together with other artists of the Paris Commune, whose achievements are traditionally associated with the global trend of postmodern art. Since 1990 - member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Works are in the National Art Museum of Ukraine (Kiev), the National Museum of Russian Art (Kiev), as well as in private collections in Germany, Great Britain, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine and the USA.
