"Karas Gallery" in Kiev presents a new exhibition of Edward Potapenkov "Temporary enlightenment". This series of paintings by the author first of all depicts twilight as a borderline between light and darkness. In the works of the artist reflects the diagnosis of the whole society, which is confused in reality. On the play of light and shadow in the twilight of being tell new works of the painter.
Edward Potapenkov was born in 1968 in Dnepropetrovsk. He graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Art School, the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. Member of the art association "Cold VAL". Participant of numerous group and solo exhibitions. He lives and works in Kiev. The works of the author replenished collectible collections of paintings in Ukraine, Europe and the USA.
