Ekaterina Kudryavtseva. Petals

Art Gallery "Manufactory" presents an exhibition of paintings by Yekaterina Kudryavtseva.Petals". The exhibition introduces the "floral line" in the work of the author. The geography of floral motifs covers the distance from Kiev to China. During 2010 - 2011, the artist taught art at Suzhou College (PRC). Each piece feels a little personal story of the painter.

“In my paintings I strive to embody the vibrant beauty of flowers. A flower for me is an image of the harmony of the Universe among concrete and glass, full of negative and tragic events, chaos of the surrounding life, overloaded with information of virtual space. The beauty of a living flower, like a sip of pure spring water, gives strength, inspiration and a drop of happiness, ”says the artist.

Ekaterina Kudryavtseva graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Ph.D. in Art, a prize-winner of numerous national and international art competitions, a participant in many solo exhibitions and collective projects, including in Poland, Greece, China and the United States. Her works are in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Germany, Greece, USA, China.
