State Russian Museum presents the exhibition “Konstantin Somov (1869–1939). To the 150th anniversary of the birth ".

The exposition will consist of more than 100 works by the artist from the collections of the Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Research Museum of the Russian Academy of Arts, the State Museum Peterhof, and private collections in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The exhibition is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Konstantin Andreevich Somov, one of the greatest masters of Russian art of the first half of the twentieth century. Visitors will be able to see the magnificent paintings and paintings. These are portraits of prominent figures of the Silver Age of Russian culture, “gallant scenes”, landscapes, samples of journal book graphics created by the artist in the 1890s - 1930s.
