Emminger, a self-taught artist, uses a direct and direct approach to painting. His work, as a rule, colorful, bold and bizarre, but there are more dark stories. Several series are shown, including those that depict Seattle and street musicians, families and cemeteries, as well as the artist’s delightful still lifes, including flowers.
