Women: Paper Routes 2020

The Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art in collaboration with the Kansas City Department of the National Museum of Women in Art (NMWA) proudly presents “Women: Paper Routes 2020". This series of exhibitions includes beginning or under-represented artists from states and countries in which the NMWA has community committees. From illustrative to sculptural, this year's exhibition views paper as an artistic tool and features works by Foucault Ito, Desiree Morales, Hyung Sheen and Emily Wilker, whose unique uses and interpretations of paper demonstrate unique routes in the methods and materials taken by each artist.
