Glory to Labor!
Exhibition August 1 − September 5, 2019
An exhibition of works by Soviet artists will be held at the National Art Gallery of the State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan "Glory to Labor!".
The exposition included real masterpieces of the best representatives of socialist realism: A. and P. Smolins, A. Tkachev, B. Davydov, V. Zhemerikin, N. Kasumov, B. Nemensky, G. Nissky, I. Ruban, P. Sokolov-Skal , O. Filatchev, R. Kildibekov, N. Kuznetsov, V. Kudelkin, A. Mazitov, V. Popov, E. Simbirin, V. Skobeev, M. Usmanov. Many works are exhibited for the first time.
The exhibition recreated the artistic image of the country's labor annals - from the release of the first tractor to the construction of an industrial society. The exposition also reflects the evolution of the history of the theme of labor throughout the 1920-1980s.
