Paper convergence

Exhibition August 9 − December 31, 2019
Having studied the Sheldon Museum of Art's collection of paper on paper from the late eighteenth to the end of the twentieth century, this exhibition presents individual examples where prints and photographs interact with each other. By focusing on the points at which these two practices intersect - in terms of functions, aesthetics and technology - “Paper convergence”Emphasizes their closeness to each other and the useful results of experiments and innovations of artists, including Robert Rauschenberg and Andy Warhol.
