Vasily Savchenko. Expectative

In Khmelnitsk, the MASLO Gallery presents an exhibition of young Ukrainian artist Vasily Savchenko. ” The exposition was based on the Savchenko MP project, which the author began during the Gaude Polonia art scholarship in Poland. The author visualizes the idea of a person, the study and understanding of the essence, as a self-sufficient and self-valuable value. The works are made using linocut and etching techniques: aquatint, metsotint.

Vasily Savchenko - artist, graphic artist. Born in 1994 in Lviv. He received a master's degree in “monumental art” at the Lviv Academy of Arts and at the Academy of Modern Art in Wroclaw, Poland. Active participant in international festivals in Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Spain, USA, Portugal, Italy, Romania, Slovenia, China, Thailand, Japan, Egypt. Since 2018, she has been teaching at the Department of Art Graphics in the workshop of digital techniques at the Academy of Modern Art in Gdansk.
