The All-Russian Museum of Decorative, Applied and Folk Art invites you to visit
Gunbi Chinese Painting Festival.
The exposition combines the work of contemporary painters who will present landscapes, images of flowers, birds, animals and fish.
From the Chinese language, the word "gunbi" literally translates as "thorough or diligent brush." Indeed, this image style, which originated about 2000 years ago, is distinguished by a special attention to detail, splendor, decorativeness, splendor and grace. The works of contemporary artists are distinguished by a careful drawing of details: the antennae of moths, the hair of an animal, the delicate blush of the cheeks of beauties or the subtle color nuances of flower buds, all of which are masterfully reflected in every work.
