Orenburg Regional Museum of Fine Arts invites to the exhibition“Our countryman Philip Malyavin. On the occasion of the 150th birthday.
The exhibition presents paintings and drawings by an outstanding artist, included in the collection of the Orenburg Regional Museum of Fine Arts.
For many decades, the works of Philip Andreyevich Malyavin leave museum stores for the first time. Along with monumental paintings and panels by masters, full-scale etudes and drawings by the author are invariably recognized as the pinnacles of art at the beginning of the 20th century. Malyavin was a virtuoso draftsman - his graphics are distinguished by amazing laconicism and a filigree technique of execution.
