The Ulyanovsk Museum of A. A. Plastov hosts an exhibition"Master and students", representing the work of the national artist of the Russian Federation, academician of the Russian Academy of Arts Sergei Andriyaka and his students.
The exhibition includes 45 works, including landscapes and still lifes, portraits and genre scenes, made in the technique of light, penetrated by sunlight, watercolor painting. Including 10 works of Sergei Andriyaka himself.
The famous Russian artist set himself a difficult but noble goal - to revive Russian watercolor, to prove that this type of art has the same, and perhaps even broader, possibilities than oil painting.
