Kiev Voloshyn Gallery presents a personal exhibition of Vladimir Budnikov "Inscription".

“I focused on the inscription as an incomplete action in order to understand how the word conducts when it is spoken. I evaluated the route between the two secret points - the concept and the embodiment, ”says the artist.

Vladimir Budnikov was born in 1947 in Kiev. He graduated from the Republican Art School and the Kiev State Art Institute, the workshop of Tatyana Yablonskaya. Founder of the non-barren current in non-figurative painting. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1975. His works are in museums in Kiev, the Dnieper, Zaporozhye, Chernihiv, Berdyansk, as well as in Germany, the USA, Austria and private galleries, collections in Ukraine, Austria, Germany, the USA, France, and Japan. Honored Artist of Ukraine. Professor at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. Lives and works in Kiev.
