Tamara Voloshenko was born in 1952 in the Lviv region. She graduated from the Lviv Academy of Arts. Since 1998, assistant professor of design at the National Forestry University. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1995. Honored Artist of Ukraine since 2005.
