War poster
Exhibition December 27, 2019 − February 29, 2020
Perm State Art Gallery in conjunction with the Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University holds an exhibition"Poster of war".
At the “Poster of War” exhibition, viewers will see propaganda windows and posters from the collection of the Perm Art Gallery, which have not yet been exhibited in the post-war period. Among them are the works of painters Fyodor Doroshevich, Ivan Rossik, Peter Oborin, Alexander Noskov, Vladimir Moroz.
To implement the project, student search teams were created, working under the guidance of employees of the Perm Art Gallery in the archives and museum funds of Perm, Moscow and St. Petersburg. Their task was to collect documentary data on the work of propaganda workshops, the activities of Perm artists and those who were evacuated to Molotov and the Molotov region from other regions of the country. Among them are such famous names as Alexander Rodchenko, Vladimir Obolensky, Nathan Altman, Boris Johanson and others.
