In the Lviv Palace of Arts is an exhibition of Mikhail Skobalo "...Spenglerian Solitaire... ". The exposition reveals the accuracy of the author's artistic solitaire, the maximum creative expression and stylistic processing of works.
Mikhail Skobalo was born in 1960. He graduated from the Lviv Institute of Applied Arts. He exhibited his works in Ukraine and abroad. The works are in private collections in England, Canada, Germany, Poland. Lives and works in Lviv.
