Winzavod Center for Contemporary Art and Triangle Gallery hold a solo exhibition of one of the most famous Russian artists in the field of technological art in the worldDmitry Morozovknown by the alias :: vtol ::.

At the exhibition, you will see new kinetic objects of the author Floating point number, Phason and Drop, dedicated to the study of water, light and sound and the synthesis of one from the other. The key object of the exhibition - the kinetic electromagnetic sound installation of Guest is the result of a long and large-scale project by Morozov and is shown for the first time in Moscow.

Dmitry Morozov / :: vtol :: (b.1986, Moscow) - artist, researcher. He works at the intersection of art, science and technology, creating robotic installations, hybrid and interactive projects. The works of the author were presented at various exhibitions and festivals, including in the NCCA, MMOMA, the Garage Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Electromuseum, Laboratoria Art & Science Space (Moscow), the Laznia Art Center (Gdansk), ZKM | Center for Arts and Media Technologies (Karlsruhe), Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (Boulder), National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (Taichung), etc.

“My artistic research involves the most interesting trends in technological art for me: natural and artificial electromagnetism, working with sound, robotic automatic systems, geology and astrophysics,” comments Dmitry Morozov. “Moreover, each of these topics is not only a means of achieving holistic "an artistic image, but also an independent powerful medium, forming the synergy of individual elements of the work."
