Great Exhibition "Antun Masle. Retrospective"is dedicated to the 100th birthday of this famous Croatian artist.
Antun Masle - one of the most significant artists of Croatia, the representative of "southern expressionism". In his portraits, landscapes and still lifes, Antoine Maslet uses colors similar to the principles of Fauvism. Simplification of the form and stylization of the form in the artist’s paintings are equally the fruit of its formation, depending on the above artistic trends, as well as nature close to the imagination of children.
