"Synchronized swimming". Art group YOURS
Exhibition March 7 − April 19, 2020
The Museum of Non-Conformist Art holds an exhibition of works by contemporary artists who are part of its art group,"Synchronized swimming".
The exhibition presents a pair of symmetrical paintings and drawings by the authors: Viktor Kuznetsov, Alexander Menus, Sveta Nosova, Alexander Podobed, Mani Kotlin, Mikhail Magazin.
The works create a bizarre game of roll calls-reflections and, as if in communicating vessels, maintain a level of invisible connections. As in synchronized swimming, each participant, playing his own figure and playing, it would seem, only his own role, emphasizes the virtuoso rhythm of the general movement, various formal ideas, views, concepts, merging into a single fantastic melody of the chorale. As the artists themselves emphasize, OWN today are parallel worlds that exist simultaneously.
