National Museum of Sweden presents an exhibition"Old favorites and new treasures. From the 16th century to the present".
Visitors will be able to see paintings, sculptures, drawings, graphic sheets, samples of applied art and design from the museum's collection. The exhibits are located on a timeline where each era has its own exhibition hall.
The exhibition aims to compare the main features and trends of the "old" classical art and modern cultural and social movements, to deeply immerse the viewer in art, life, political, economic and social life of a certain time period.
